
Worldpay
After an extremely competitive pitch we won the Worldpay account with responsibility for a large-scale digital transformation initiative working with their UK, US and Global teams.
Our remit was to iteratively improve and maintain their entire digital ecosystem. With a focus on improving the customer and prospect experience and implementing new functionality to position Worldpay as best in class.
With multiple global stakeholders, several concurrent projects and aggressive KPIs the ongoing engagement was a complex and large-scale undertaking.
Role: Creative direction and website UX & design.


Digital platform
The main UK, US and Global website was inherited from our predecessors and rather than start from scratch we implemented a process of iterative improvement. Initial tasks involved; reworking the information architecture and the content hierarchy, identifying and fixing issues with the primary user journeys through testing users and interviewing stakeholders. Alongside a complete overhaul of the UI and Visual Design through iterative updates based on our completely new styleguide.


Landing Campaigns
In addition to the main website we built a series of campaign microsites helping to explain often complex payment journeys and processes – this included Fantastic Journey their most successful digital campaign to date.
